Factory partnership programme

Factory partnership: retain your brand and prepare product information for Australian project conversations

For building-material, home and fit-out factories: retain your brand, begin with a review of product information, then discuss local display preparation and project material selection by category. An enquiry does not mean onboarding or guaranteed sales.

Who this suits

Start with products that can be understood and responsibly reviewed

Scale or a single certificate is not the only gate. More important are clear product definition, accurate documentation, timely response to technical and supply questions, and intent to validate the target market together.

Clear product foundation

Defined categories, core SKUs, specifications and verifiable product information.

Compliance can be discussed

You can outline existing testing, certifications or a path to provide them.

Sample and supply conditions can be discussed

You can accurately outline samples, MOQ, lead time, packaging and project-supply conditions; suitability is confirmed separately by product and project.

Long-term market intent

You value accurate materials, project conversations and ongoing review—not one-off exposure.

Prepare before applying

Clearer materials make the first review more useful

Factories do not need every document on day one. Begin with core product and business information, then add details based on category and discussion needs.

Catalogue, core SKUs and specifications

Product imagery or installation context, with image-rights information

Export experience and current information completeness

Existing or later-available technical/testing information

A fixed contact for documentation confirmation

Categories, regions or project channels you want to discuss first

How BBA can support

BBA's local role is display and promotion preparation, information review and project material-selection communication. Every support item is shaped around confirmed product information, live demand and agreed scope.

Local display preparation

After information and scope are confirmed, BBA can discuss how materials may be presented locally. This is not an operating showroom, display position, sample offer or service node.

Bilingual product-record preparation

Chinese and English product information can be organised for controlled catalogue records and project-selection conversations. Factories retain their own brands; public release requires the appropriate review.

Market communication & project-selection coordination

Market communication and project material-selection questions are coordinated around approved product information. Transactions, supply and project outcomes are not guaranteed.

Local promotion discussion

Content, promotion or offline activity can be discussed by category and confirmed scope; format, timing and investment are not pre-promised.

Market-feedback collation

Where actual enquiries or buyer feedback arise, BBA can collate questions within an agreed scope to help refine product information.

Project-condition discussion

If a later discussion is appropriate, BBA identifies outstanding product, sample, packaging and fulfilment questions by project. This is not a supply or logistics commitment.

Melbourne local display planning

Display partners, venues and imagery are not yet confirmed in writing, so this page does not show planning visuals that could be mistaken for current occupants.

Common questions

Clear rules reduce guesswork

Does submitting an enquiry guarantee onboarding?+

No. It enables an initial review of category fit, product information and confirmed service scope. Any next step depends on mutually confirmed information.

Can we enquire before Australian certification is complete?+

Yes. Please accurately describe available documents and any planned pathway. BBA does not promise a certification outcome.

Does submission automatically create a product listing?+

No. Product documentation is the starting point. BBA first identifies evidence gaps, image rights and a confirmable scope. Any controlled catalogue record, market communication or project follow-up is reviewed and confirmed individually.

Will BBA take our brand or set commercial terms in advance?+

No. Factories retain their own brands. This page does not set or promise fees, deposits, exclusivity, orders or performance guarantees. Any commercial terms can only be discussed separately against actual information and mutual agreement.
